OPERATIONS

The Operations Team provides a range of support functions offering a comprehensive service in the areas of HR, Facilities Management, Health and Safety, Business Administration, IT, Finance and Communications. A summary of the key functions are:

Provide HR support, advice and information relating to recruitment, employee terms and conditions of employment, family friendly policies and general HR issues.

Management of services and processes supporting the business both in the strategic planning and daily operations relating to all premises occupied by Gordon Murray Design and the equipment used for operational activities. This includes the procurement of goods and services, contract management, building and grounds maintenance, cleaning and catering, security and management of utilities.

Development of the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and the implementation of operating procedures to ensure safe working and adherence with legal obligations.

Implementation of Business administrative processes and procedures in order to effectively manage business operations, people and resources to direct activities toward fulfilling common goals and objectives.

Finance department plays an important role in efficient internal and external Financial Project support. A major part of our role is assist our iStream clients with their understanding of the iStream® technology and its benefits from a financial perspective.
